As of right now we only ship to the US. To our friends north of the border, we will be shipping to you soon!
What if I placed my order on Amazon?
Orders Placed on Amazon will be processed and fulfilled by Amazon via your preferences on their site.

Do you offer refunds/returns?
We Offer a 30-day return policy!
Please email support@smarterlifeco.com and include your name and order number to begin your refund.
Toothbrush & Floss Picks:
- For sanitary reasons, goods must be unopened and not used.
*Toothbrushes and/or floss picks that were damaged or faulty upon delivery are subject to a 100% refund or exchange.

Our products are designed and tested right here in the US, we're an American company based in Sheridan, WY.
Production is done in China, however, we can assure you we ordered multiple samples from different manufacturers to make sure we had the best product.
Our end goal is to have a warehouse here where we can manufacture the same product, but we're in the process of raising capital.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
It takes 3-5 business days for orders to be delivered. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Texas!
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment :(
However, we will be expanding to Canada soon and hopefully some parts in Europe!
How much does it cost?
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Do I have to pay for my return?
Orders that were damaged upon arrival will qualify for a prepaid shipping label.
If you're returning your order for another reason, please reach out and we'll work something out!
How much can I get refunded?
We'll refund you for the total product cost!
Shipping fees can't be refunded since they are charged by the courier.
